Clear down is planned just as carefully, which matters when the hall booking ends at a fixed hour and an overrun costs the family money. We take our own waste away, wipe down and hand the space back as we found it, and we will happily give the committee a copy of our insurance and hygiene certificates in advance so the booking is signed off without delay.
