Gravesend has one of the strongest community event calendars in Kent, and the bookings we take here are usually family occasions rather than corporate ones. Weddings, engagement ceremonies, naming days, milestone birthdays and religious celebrations fill most of the diary, and a large proportion of them are alcohol-free from the outset. We are happy to work from a family recipe if you have one, scale it safely and serve it properly chilled and garnished; it usually ends up being the drink people photograph.

Setup in hall venues is normally allowed only an hour or two before doors, so we come with as much prep done off site as food safety allows and can be fully dressed and serving within ninety minutes of getting the keys. Clear down is just as quick, which matters when the hall booking ends at a fixed hour and an overrun costs the family money. We take our own waste away, wipe down and hand the space back as we found it, and we will happily give the committee a copy of our insurance and hygiene certificates in advance so the booking is signed off without delay.
