How We Approach Your Wedding
Bespoke Menu, Calm Service, A Day That Flows
Every wedding bar booking begins with a planning conversation. You tell us your story, your venue and your priorities. Our team comes back with a menu proposal, a styling moodboard and a service plan that fits the run sheet and the venue's rules.
From there we refine the menu with you, finalise styling against your wedding palette, and lock in the timeline. For larger weddings, we run a venue site visit ahead of the day to walk the access route, confirm the bar location and finalise the run sheet with your planner.
On the wedding day, we arrive early, set up cleanly, run the bar through cocktail hour, dinner, reception and late-night service, then pack down quietly once the last guest leaves. The bar should feel effortless from your side, even though there is a serious operation behind it.

Do you provide alcohol or only mocktails?
We specialise in mocktail bars and traditional drinks bars. We can integrate a full local bar service as part of bespoke wedding packages where your venue's licensing allows. Discuss your venue rules and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you cater for African and English wedding guests at the same bar?
Absolutely, and most of our weddings do exactly that. Our bartenders are trained to serve both traditional African drinks and European-style mocktails from one cohesive bar.
How many bartenders do we need?
We staff to keep queue times short. As a rough guide, one bartender per 75 to 100 guests for a cocktail hour, scaled up where the bar is the only drinks service for the whole evening.
Can we have a custom drinks menu named after us?
Yes, and we love this brief. Signature mocktails named after the couple, the venue or a meaningful place are some of our most-requested touches. Menu cards can be designed to match your wedding stationery.
Do you handle venue restrictions?
Yes. We are used to lift-only access, restricted load-in windows, dry-hire venues, late curfews and licensing rules. Share your venue details on enquiry and we will plan around them.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (April to October) we recommend booking nine to twelve months in advance. Off-peak dates can sometimes be booked within twelve weeks subject to availability.
Do you serve weddings outside London and Kent?
Yes. We regularly travel into Essex and the surrounding Home Counties for weddings. Travel further afield is available on request and quoted transparently.
